We're liking this video from Canadian alt-folk band The Franklin Electric.

Brighton based Pete Howells releases his 2nd album, Dead Cat Bounce, 36 years after his first (he makes The Blue Nile look like a production line - Ed).

Originally from Hartlepool, over the years he's supported, artists as diverse as Ian Gillan, John Martyn, Bert Jansch, Desmond Dekker, Courtney Pine and Brand New Heavies.

We think this has a whiff of Meatloaf about it, but wadda you think?
